Job description: Five years of commercial banking experience with the proven ability to generate loan growth of at least $5 million annually. This is a VP level position, requiring the ability to solicit commercial business and to assemble supporting information in order to assist management in converting commercial and real estate credit requests into completed transactions. The chosen candidate will represent the Bank in the community, develop and promote additional business, and maintain relationships with existing portfolio of clients. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are required. Experience in Word and Excel computer programs is also required. Language skills in either Arabic or Farsi, is a plus.
