Software Engineer, Middle Eastern Market We are looking for a dynamic self-directing individual to join a team developing a product targeting new markets. The team spans multiple continents and is a perfect opportunity to learn global software development.
Responsibilities: Development of QuarkXPress features for the Middle Eastern market. Extending the existing QuarkXPress and XTension code to accommodate bi-directional text. Involvement in all phases of software development including requirements specification, design, implementation, and maintenance.
Qualifications: BS or MS in Computer Science or an equivalent degree. Typically a minimum of 3 years of software engineering experience. Mastery of C. Proficiency in C++. Excellent communication skills. Familiarity with MacOS, Windows, Visual C++, CodeWarrior, desktop publishing, printing all big pluses. Knowledge of Arabic, Farsi, Urdu, or Hebrew a huge plus.
