Associates in Rural Development (ARD), Inc., an international consulting firm (http://www.ardinc.com) has immediate requirement for Judicial and Legal Reform Advisors for long- and short-term assignments in Central Asia. All positions require a JD, L.L.D. or L.L.M. Fluent in Russian and/or Farsi are preferred. Skills desired include institutional strengthening with a strong background in court administration and a demonstrated understanding of rule of law, understanding of regulatory and commercial reform procedures, decentralization, and democratic governance activities. Ability to coordinate and facilitate training programs and workshops for judges, attorneys and other professionals is highly desirable. Duties also include providing legal policy assistance in regulatory reform and other areas of administrate law.
